Donation Campaign

Between March and June 2026, the UBDB Association ran a donation campaign for vulnerable families in Mehedinți county, with the support of our Instagram followers.

It all started from a simple belief: that every act of solidarity matters. We launched the campaign on Instagram, inviting ordinary people to contribute what they could - and the online community's response exceeded our expectations. Together, we managed to raise 1,000 lei, proof that small contributions, when combined, can make a real difference.

What we did with the collected funds

From the collected donations, we purchased clothing and personal care products - essential items that many families cannot afford but need daily. We carefully selected each product, considering the real needs of the recipients.

How we reached the beneficiaries

The items were personally delivered by our team to the 5 beneficiary families. Three of them are in Drobeta-Turnu Severin, and the other two are in the communes of Gogoșu and Dârvari, thus covering needs from several corners of Mehedinți county. The distribution was carried out in partnership with the "Constantin Pufan" School Center for Inclusive Education.
